Clinical Shadowing for students
Many Medical schools have a minimum requirement for shadow hours. Clinical Shadowing is challenging for many students of color who do not have the relationships with Physicians in their surroundings. Through our alliances with a network of Physicians and our enthusiastic volunteers we are able to alleviate this problem. A Friend Indeed Inc, determines the logistics to legally have the students in medical facilities
The Spring of 2023 saw the first student to participate in the Clinical Shadow
Experience. College students will be partnered with physicians willing to invest their
time to assist the students in exploring the physician’s medical specialty.
Building a better environment for learning
The average child in our present one world society becomes aware at an early age about the benefits of
Education. The new world of digitization has facilitated the need for communication across the globe with other students
and teachers. It is therefore important to help develop confidence and great self-esteem in our young people. Ultimately, enabling them to
share knowledge and exchange viewpoints with other people. The atmosphere students find themselves in matters. It is therefore important that we provide them with an environment that is conducive to learning. This is the experience our Foundation wants these young ladies to have in their environment. In September of 2022, our Foundation donated over 200 new desks and chairs to Alpha Academy. Welcoming our students on this new leg of their educational journey. We trust that this pleasant atmosphere will encourage continued excellence on their scholastic journey..
